The Challenge

Formerly known as Northern Ireland Business Communications, NIBC has been operating in the telematics and communications business since 2001. After spending over two decades building their reputation in the Northern Ireland market, the team started to win business across the UK. With a new target market and big plans for the future, they asked us to create a modern and clear identity that would appeal to a much wider and tech-savvy audience. 

Our Approach

With the aim of appealing to a UK-wide audience, we developed a new name and brand identity for Cubo. The new tagline ‘We bring it all together’ was created to reposition them as a one-stop-shop for telematics and communications solutions. With an extensive suite of services, the team asked us to create a clear tone of voice to better explain the technical aspect of their offering. We then applied the new brand identity and tone of voice to their website, customer portal, marketing communications, office signage, vans and social media collateral.
