What We Did
Electric Ireland wanted to develop their always-on digital content to drive consumer switches, while providing rich content that would resonate with their target audiences.
To create a robust digital plan, we spent some time getting to know the mechanics of the switching process. In order to resonate with their target audiences, we needed to understand why people in NI would make the switch to Electric Ireland and how we could incentivise them. After extensive research on the energy provider market, both at a domestic and national level, we realised that in order to break through the noise, our communications needed to be authentic and honest. To create this relatable content we leveraged video and animation to create a deeper, more personal connection with the intended audience. As well as creating the imagery and messaging, we also designed, created and managed all of their highly targeted seasonal campaigns.
