What We Did



The Challenge

Established in the 1970s, this pioneering Scottish Venison business wanted to reposition itself to bring its brand into line with modern day perceptions of venison. The focus was on growing the business by extending audience reach into new demographics and introducing different meat products under the new brand identity.

Our Approach

Emphasising the traditional artisan butchery skills of the company combined with clean, modern design, the new identity was implemented across packaging, point of sale and website. Engaging and authentic communication uplifted sales by 35% in the first three months post launch and enabled the business to diversify into other top quality meats like lamb, beef and pork in the future.
