S&W is a family-owned business that has been supplying wholesale goods to retailers across Ireland for over 100 years. The team wanted to elevate and reposition their brand in order to effectively communicate what makes them different and better. For us, this was their extensive product range, next-day delivery, state-of-the-art facilities and a high quality of customer service.
To fully understand the scale of the S&W offering, we took a trip to their 100,000 Sq. Ft. warehouse to see it in action. From there, we conducted research, employee brand workshops and senior management interviews to get a better understanding of the internal and external workings of the company. We then worked hand in hand with the marketing and HR departments at S&W to develop a new brand identity to differentiate their offering to customers and motivate current and existing employees.
The new brand promise ‘A Whole Lot More’ is now embedded at the heart of the business and is brought to life through the use of contemporary typography and bold visual styling. With an unrivalled passion for the people they serve, the team at S&W could not wait to reveal the new look to their staff and customers. In 2020, the brand was rolled out across their website, warehouse signage, internal communications, livery, marketing collateral, exhibition stands and promotional videos.
We wanted to evolve our long standing brand and bring it more to life for our customers, retailers, partners and employees. The Foundation helped us significantly deliver this and were with us every step of the way throughout. We are already excited to begin our next project with the team.
